Shipping Policy (Digital Products)
ThinkBotHub.com sells digital items only (ebooks, guides, downloads). There is no physical shipping.
Delivery
- After successful payment, your download link appears on the confirmation page and is also sent to your email.
- Please enter a valid email at checkout to receive your files.
- If your email does not arrive within a few minutes, check spam/junk first, then contact us at support@thinkbothub.com.
File access & compatibility
- Most ebooks are provided as PDF and/or ePub. Ensure your device has a compatible reader.
- If a file appears corrupted or cannot be opened, we will provide a working replacement after basic troubleshooting.
Note: Because delivery is instant and digital, no shipping fees or delivery estimates apply.
Cancellation Policy
Orders for digital products are processed immediately. As soon as payment completes, access is granted.
Can I cancel?
We cannot accept cancellations once an order is placed. Please review your cart carefully before paying.
Mistaken purchase
If you purchased the wrong ebook by mistake, contact us immediately at support@thinkbothub.com. While cancellation is not guaranteed, we will try to help on a case-by-case basis provided the download link has not been accessed.
Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final.
Refund eligibility
- Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same item due to a technical error.
- Corrupted/inaccessible file: After troubleshooting, we are unable to provide a working replacement.
Not eligible
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Incorrect email entered at checkout.
- Inability to use the file due to device/software limitations (please check compatibility before buying).
- Requests made after the stated window below.
How to request a refund (if eligible)
- Email support@thinkbothub.com within 7 days of purchase.
- Include your order number, product title, the email used at checkout, and a short description of the issue.
- We may request screenshots or error details to help resolve access problems quickly.
Tip: Most access issues are solved quickly by re-downloading, trying a different reader app, or opening the file on another device. We’re happy to guide you.
